Highly Frustrated Magnetism 2006 (HFM2006) will be held at Icho Kaikan, which is alumnus union building for Osaka university medical school. Icho Kaikan is located at center of Suita campus. Osaka university was established in 1931 as the sixth imperial university of Japan and science and medicine university. But it's scientific roots of Osaka university can be traced back further to the Kaitokudo the school of Rangaku in the Edo-period. It is fresh in our memory that Prof. Shozi, who was known as studies of statistics of Kagome lattice [I. Syôzi, Prog. Theor. Phys. 6, 306 (1951)], has belonged to Osaka university.
